You will also need Sims4Studio and Blender to recolor, retexture and edit meshes.
To start, make sure you have a 2D editing program such as Photoshop or Gimp. Take a look at my Terms of Use. Everything you need to know is right there. Although, if I do receive requests, I’ll consider doing them if I like the idea. I’ll end up deleting WCIFs from my inbox, so do not be surprised if you don’t receive a reply!
